I would like to say Joseph (Chelsea fan )Acevedo was very professional, courteous and understanding what I previously went through with John, which was very negative. Joseph has put my faith back into Dodge and this dealership he took time out to call me explain to me what was wrong and what was going on with my vehicle when I went to collect the vehicle he was there ready with the key. I will definitely go back and see him and only him I will give him 10 out of 10 for his professionalism and he’s courteous and his understanding thank you.

The job was done and appears to be fine. It’s the little stuff. I was told it’d be done a day earlier than it was. I thought you ran the vehicle through a car wash. Mine wasn’t. There’s tape residue on the window that I need to clean off. There was actual tape hanging from my side mirror. Will I bring it back if another issue arises? Yes, I probably will

Came in to get an oil change and file filters changed. Was expecting that would run me about $250-$300. My jaw hit the floor when I got the bill and it was over $500. I guess it’s my fault for not asking but never would I have thought it would have been anywhere near that price. Really wish the service advisor would have told me that before going into it.
It took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle returned, after 2 weeks I had to request a hire vehicle as none was offered. I called and left messages on the number supplied by the automated messenger, but never received acknowledgement. The manager handling my case said that he called and left a message on my cell, but I never had a missed call, or message.
None of the work was completed. We were not called back despite leaving multiple messages. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Richard is my service manager and he never falls to do a ???? job. Have had the pleasure of working with him for a couple of years. I met Rob Toma at the coffee machine and he showed me hoe put an app on my phone that allows my car to have a navigation capability. Love it. When I'm ready to trade in my car I'm calling him. Basically I always have a great experience at your dealership.
