As for yesterday’s visit, I can't think of any areas in need of improvement. Everyone was very friendly and Kyle Heckathorn, on my very first visit to your dealership and our first meeting was very prompt for my appointment, friendly, acknowledging, and knowledgeable to ALL my questions and needs during this visit. My quoted completion time was accomplished in 30 minutes less time than anticipated even during an extremely hot and busy day and I am also sure the dealership is possibly understaffed like the rest of the businesses in our country. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was charged $221 for a NEW BATTERY, but the battery installed was a 2019! I will be contacting the dealer tonorrow to adress this
Richard Small was excellent! From the time I called to set up the appointment and through the actual service. He walked me through the process kept me up to speed and came and got me when it was all completed. So far so good everything works great.
