Very dissatisfied. Service tech did nothing for me. Had no knowledge of my 2004 Chrysler and made no effort to find anyone who could help me. Instead, my car sat at your dealership for two days, and I came back and picked it up. Probably would never have had any work done by your dealership anyway, at the rate of $250 per hour.
