Joe is great. He was explanatory, kind, helpful & stayed past close to remove air bubbles from the engine. He helped me understand what my car needed done and why and made it an easy process. I appreciate he and his team!
Joe was courteous and helpful through the entire process even though we ran into a bunch of issues dealing with insurance.
I asked when checking in if windshield washer fluid could be added because it was low. I was told that wouldn’t be an issue since an inspection will be done and all dashboard notifications will be checked. My washer fluid is still low and the dashboard notification is still up there. Makes me wonder if a proper inspection was even completed.
Anthony did a great job handling my needs due to John’s vacation. I am thoroughly impressed with the speed and service exhibited by Anthony!!

Anthony was in yesterday on his day off covering for a sick coworker, and he told me he would stay late to handle my Jeep if it came to that. Anthony is an asset to your company.
Anthony does a good job. Very friendly, polite, and attentive to the customers. I saw him jump in and attend to another customer who was waiting a long time without anyone approaching her. That goes a long ways in retaining customers.
