John Otero has assisted us many times while we live in AZ during the winter months. He is exceptionally prompt in getting back to us with results and or needed repairs always keeping us in the loop. Everything has always been as promised. He’s a not only a good advisor but an asset to the dealership!
Gary was excellent, however.
Airpark Dodge Jeep had our car for 2 weeks and gave it back to us. Saying it was fixed. It was not fixed. We had to bring it back, and it took another week before we got it back. Because it was an intermittent problem that appears to have gone away, miraculously, we're not sure if it had actually been fixed. However that is no reflection on Gary.
Anthony was great. He took the time to figure out the problems going on with my car. Very satisfied
John was friendly, genuine and helpful.
Getty needs to contact me with the mileage and month to return for my next oil change service.

Great customer service will never take my vehicle into another dealer even if I have to make a 1hr drive
I received a call about the time I was expecting my vehicle’s maintenance to be completed, instead it was a sales guy asking if I wanted to sell the car to him. I told him I thought I it was poor timing to use the fact I was waiting on the vehicle to try to make a sale- he was incredulous and told me he was sorry to “insult me”. Then, after dropping the vehicle off at 7am, I called the service department to see the status, it had not gone in at 3pm- yes, the service was complete by close but 9 hours for an oil change?
Richard was great to work with. Always keeps me informed on the status/progress/completion, etc.
Great service and consistency from Anthony every time I bring my jeep, very satisfied with getting in, work being done and pick up.
