Joe has good communication and always friendly. The parts for my vehicle are on order and Joe warned me it could be 4-6 or more to get the part. He will let me know when its time to bring my vehicle back in for repairs at that time.

The truck had an engine light that the technician could not figure out how to repair. Poor communication between the dealership, staff, and myself. Even when I called twice and asked for a manager I never received a phone call back. I showed up unannounced to get the truck and I never received an apology or any idea if the repair was even completed.

It was a very confusing process, as when I purchased my preowned vehicle, I was told I could bring it in for service at the dealership. I also was told that the crack in my windshield, which was there prior to purchase, would be fixed by the team shortly after taking the vehicle home. I attempted to contact the department several times within the first few months of ownership and never had the issue resolved. Finally, when I took my car in for a routine oil change months after purchase, I was told that it was highly irregular to bring my car in and that I didn’t have the appropriate coverage. I was then directed back to my sales rep, who took my service plan agreement copy with him to resolve the issue and never returned it. He did resolve the oil change confusion and I did not have to pay, which was a relief and very much appreciated. When I was leaving, however, I asked for a printout of my service plan agreement and a receipt or written notice of intent to fix my windshield, to which I was told that they could not provide for either item. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the future, but appreciate my rep solving the confusion to have the oil change taken care of.
