Brought it in and was told it was one thing wrong that wasn’t covered under warranty. Next day same issue was happening and now it is something else that all would have been covered under warranty. Had to haggle to try and get my money back. The best they would do is give back partial refund in a check which was 2 months ago and still haven’t received. Both times picking up my Jeep it looked completely disgusting as they left outside and also some white residue all over the front from something in their shop. After replacing the engine now the tension piece to keep hood up is not working. Emailed asking where the refund check is and when I can get the Jeep in to fix the issue they caused with the hood and still no response. Not happy with the service as this has turned into such a hassle. Can someone please reach out with the status of the refund check?

Having just moved to the area I couldn’t be happier with the service from Anthony and the team there at Airpark RAM in Scottsdale. Had my TRX in for a couple of back to back services and everyone went out of their way to make sure it was a great experience. This is now my go to service center and dealership from here on. I asked to have an update for a completion time so that I knew I could get to another appointment on time or not. When I phoned in I was told by Richard that he would call me back with an answer. I waited till my appointment was only two hours away and yet no call. I called again but was not able to reach him. I finally had my wife drive me to Airpark and was able to move my appointment back 90 minutes. I took delivery of my car and made my appointment with one minute to spare. No explanation why no call.
My new radio. Is actually registered to someone else. So I doubt it is a new radio. I’ve been asked to Sirius to pay $15 to transfer my service. ( please note my radio was replaced as the junk heap car I have with only 2000 miles needed a radio replacement as the stellar workmanship from dodge and u connect failed after 6 months. Now I don’t have a radio or a Wi-Fi. And someone else’s cast off in my car. I will be posting this to every review site on the net as this is disgusting. And the world will soon know of the actions you have taken. Oh by the way. Numerous unanswered phone calls regarding this. Great customer service
