I had an unusual issue with the battery in my 2023 Grandwagoneer. I had it jumped and drove it directly to the dealership. I had no appointment (ironically had one scheduled on the 30th) and the service area was really busy. Grayson had to scramble to get me fitted in and found me a car to use while my car was being serviced. He had to get a new headrest (mechanism was not working and have a Blue Agave interior which is not easily found.) Grayson handled all of this with the urgency, professionalism, and just plain good customer service that is lacking at so many businesses. Five ????????????????????!

Gary was great. My car door had been dented last time I brought my car in, and the rep I had last time never fixed it despite saying he would, in fact he ghosted me. It was obviously not Gary’s fault, but he worked with me and his manager this time to fix it for me and helped with the cost of some repairs. I appreciate Gary and Airpark for correcting the error and helping me out.
