Where do I start. My jeep was dropped off. Joe said maybe a night it might stay. It stayed 2. For a battery. He seemed annoyed I needed my car. And that 3 mechanics called out. Then it was 6. Had battery tested at auto zone. Said it was bad. Finally on the 3rd day he told us that its both batteries. No verification it was both. Both go on the same day. Seems ironic. Then get the jeep. Realize after windshield wiper is half off. It was fine when i arrived on Wednesday. Friday its off. He said they didn’t touch it. Im sure they put a tag on it. Then pulled it off. Lazy mechanics or supervision. Also battery cover was off and had to get it covered. Always half done. I bought tires from you all. Last time they didnt clean goo off them. Joe was like oh they forgot to clean it. Then I come back for rotation of tires. I get charged when I shouldn’t. Every time its always something. From now on going to get service elsewhere.
Kyle is fantastic and his outstanding professional customer service should be an example for his coworkers.
Very communicative. I love the updates and the texting functionality. Typically it’s hard to communicate with the service advisor, texting and ‘direct’ phone numbers to use to speak with the service advisor is very good.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Never saw paperwork that a tire rotation had been completed.
Kyle help get my jeep fixed. I’d call him again to fix my jeep.
