John is by far our favorite service advisor, although they are all good. John gives his honest opinion and is very professional in his delivery always with your best interest in mind. He is a huge asset to your dealership and service department.

I find it odd that I came into your dealership with an issue and I was immediately told the problem was the steering damper without even looking at the vehicle. Knowing jeeps it’s common knowledge that steering dampers help death wobbles but generally aren’t the real reason for them. I asked for a mechanic to look at all the steering mechanics and suspension to see if everything was okay. When my vehicle was done there was nothing on the report saying what the mechanic looked at it. It just said the steering damper was the problem. I’m not confident in the diagnostic of Anthony or that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected. I plan on taking it to another dealership to get inspected to make sure it was properly inspected and to make sure what Anthony said was wrong is truly wrong

This was the first time that I been to this service dept. and met Kyle, he has been my wife’s service consultant since she bought her vehicle through you. He kept me informed and provided the prompt service that he promised. I really appreciate that as my last service department had failed me the last couple of times that I went in there. I will definitely come back the next time my jeep needs service.
