Really appreciated Kyle and Joshua today. I was a little frazzled since I had a dead battery. Joshua greeted me asked I wanted a water and told me Kyle would make sure everything was taken care of. Joshua told me about his love of cars and how excited he was to work at this company. The guys also had the car washed for me when I explained I had trouble installing the back window. When I came back to pick up my jeep it had been washed and the window was in. Super service. I will get my 3 rd jeep here next year!

Joe, my service advisor was very profesional, patient and clear about the needs of my vehicle and explaining the function and purpose of the needed repairs. When he was unsure he went and got an explanation that he could explain to me in clear, simple language.
I was quoted a lower price for tire rotation than I was charged. The higher charge says it is the oversized tires. They are stock. The shop knew what tires I had when quoting. I also do not understand why the size of the tire adds cost. It takes no more time than a standard truck tire to rotate.

Joe is great. I've taken my van here for years and he's the only service advisor that ever calls me first or calls me back. Servicing the van hasn't always been fast here with the scope of work, but having a responsive service advisor makes all the difference. This was actually the first time my van was done the same day after a flat. I'm so glad to see that improving.
First and foremost, I brought a fully detailed truck in for the oil change and tire rotation what I got back had water spots all over it and inside the truck whoever wipe the window, did it with a fully dirty rag all the streaks and smears, and just the attitude of the overall person helping me just wasn’t very inviting and I didn’t feel welcome almost feel like it was a hassle for me to be there . I am not impressed. I would change everything, so I doubt anything will get done with that being said but thank you. And unfortunately for me, I am stuck with your service since I bought the pacage ahead of time. but for a quick summarization NO I was not happy at all.
