Upset because everytime I come to this location I always run into an issue. I’ll be reaching out to Joseph on Monday to get my auxiliary battery replaced for the 2nd time from you guys. I’ve owned this vehicle for two years and have brought it in more times than I have wanted.

John does an amazing job have worked with him on my 2 prior jeeps including my 2020 rubi gladiator and he was instrumental assisting me with my 3rd purchase I made for my wife on a grand Cherokee that had problems from the start. Seems all good now. Without his service I am not sure I would continue to use Airpark.

Also it has something to do with that stupid on off button you know how it stops when I'm not when I'm at a light or something it has something to do with that and the button next to it just goes on for no reason I wish we could just get rid of that automatic on off button
When I dropped off vehicle at 8 am the advisor plugged in and noted 32 “warnings” relating to “battery B.” He said this would be replaced with no charge under warranty. I did not have any communication until I inquired at 2:09 pm when I was told techs were still looking at vehicle. I inquired again at 3:09 pm and a text returned shortly that the vehicle was done. When I went to pick up vehicle advisor said tests keep coming back positive so battery was not replaced and codes cleared. A cynic may raise an eyebrow that battery B should have been replaced. Also, better communication is needed to keep customer up to date on status.
