Management does not return calls . I have left multiple messages , customer service is mediocre , I feel it should have been greater considering the situation

Before I dropped my truck off for service, I phoned ahead and was instructed to drop off the truck and it would be looked at the next day. Upon my arrival I was met by a highly agitated service advisor, who was clearly unhappy to see me. I do understand it was late in the day and It was obvious he was having a bad day.
I explained the issue I was having with my truck and I was advised that several trucks were on the lift with the same issue and it would be several days before it was looked at. This contradicted the phone conversation I had earlier. Be that as it may, I left my truck and walked out scratching my head wondering what I got my self into here. The rest of my experience here is ok- I have my truck back with a laundry list of needed repairs. I look forward to trading it in on another brand.
You had my truck for over two weeks and it’s still not finished. I picked it up yesterday and took it home and it leaked oil all over my driveway. I had to go to a Shell Gas Station and have the drain plug replaced because they compromised the gasket when they changed the oil.
They had to replace the new oil with 8 qrts of oil.
