I could not have been more Happy with my experience with Kyle, I was always skeptical about taking my Jeep to the dealership rather than my mechanic but will be doing so now after my experience with Kyle and also Kim the car rental person!

I had an appointment that I obtained probably two weeks early and I drove down and I pulled the line and I waited and immediately was told they don’t have the part for recall 13 A. My argument would be that you had two weeks to tell me, you didn’t have the part, as I clearly indicated in the reservation what it was, I was coming in for. the service advisor then said he didn’t know when he would get the part he would put it in order and for me to call back in 60 days. I said, can you call me when my part comes in and he said no. So it’s my job to keep calling to see if my part is in and if you can repair my recall that is many many months old. It’s not like it was just recalled last week .
