Gary does a really great job. Just talking will him I feel like I’ve known him forever. I had coupons and he made sure it was all good. I hope Airpark treats him well. Kyle is great - the issue is not with him or his commitment to customer satisfaction. The issue is that our vehicle continues to present computer bugs which require a proper diagnosis and your dealership doesn’t have adequate staff to review the issues in a timely manner.

Gary was courteous & knowledgeable & has excellent customer service skills, I had an extra issue with the car shaking when I drive about 72 mph….he went out and did a test drive and figured out the problem. I am happy with the service.

I brought my car in and told there was a$100 deductible. Likely because I have an AutoNation warranty. He never mentioned this to me even tho we were I communication over text. Honestly had he let me know in advance I wouldn’t have had a problem but he made it clear he was too busy to call the warranty company to find out and that he had other customers to get to. Thank you for making it clear that customer service and courtesy are dead. I bought my previous Jeep from you and my current Jeep from autonation. It’s a $55k **** and both of your service departments are testaments to the quality of keep. They **** your service **** your service manager **** and all I’m trying to do is fix this think of junk while I still have a warranty so I can get rid of it. There ya go have a nice day.

As usual, Kyle was exceptional in his performance! Despite being short handed with service advisors, he kept things flowing smoothly. The replacement of my Jeeps steering damper was accurately diagnosed by Kyle … and he got me back on the road for a fantastic driving experience. Kyle’s norm is “above and beyond.” Give the man a raise!!!
