I made an appointment to have my oil changed, a software update and issues with the rear view mirror. While all issues were addressed, I didn’t think it would take 2 days, being without a car. I did appreciate my Jeep being dropped off to my house once the repairs were completed.
He was friendly, timely and accurate. He also gave me a quote for other items that will needed in the near future.
The service process is not setup well at all I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday and was told a couple days. When checking on status was told it would be ready on Friday.
Anthony was very professional and did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then gave me the choice on how I wanted to proceed. The service and repairs were done ahead of schedule. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Anthony.
