Richard is great, always takes good care of me and is the reason I keep coming back.
Joe was great, but your mechanics never checked or put air in my spare tire they put on my vehicle. It was almost flat, I had to make a stop right away to put air in my tire.
Happy with the service but seems like 2 hrs for an oil change is too much.
Richard's communication before, during and after the service was top notch. He is extremely professional and a really great representative for Airpark Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep.

The only reason I return to the dealership is for the superior service I receive from Kyle Heckathorn. I have five friends that also have jeeps and dodge trucks and we all get our work done with Kyle. If he ever figures out he could make more money and have a better life working elsewhere, we have all agreed to never go back to Airpark. Sorry, not sorry. Kyle rocks and deserves better. He deserves a raise. And a better office. Those other guys in that office smell funny. Just saying.
Anthony was very helpful and immediately responsive. As this was my first visit for service (we purchased the Grand Cherokee from your dealership last summer), I had a number of questions. Anthony was not only knowledgeable on every matter but also was proactive in helping get set up for my next visit. Very much appreciated.

I set up the appointment for 150k mile service and my wife walked out with just an oil change. Was told it would take 1-3 day to do a full diagnosis because the previous "recommenation" might not of been accurate. My truck had a check engine light now, didn't get addressed. Was told a possible oil leak, was emailed a solution. I purchased this truck 7 years ago, all services were done by the dealership, first time since I purchased the vehicle I will look elsewhere for service. Very disappointed
