We made appointment for warning light that was on and to have oil change while you had vehicle. We dropped off at 8. We told Richard we only had one car here and needed it back if possible that day. That we could bring back if parts needed to ordered. We called at 4 and car hadn’t been looked at yet. He said the appointment was just to get into queue to be looked at. Very disrespectful of our time. We picked up with nothing done. We bought the Jeep new. It’s 11 years old now so we are replacing. We won’t purchase we Jeep from Airpark as we won’t deal with service department.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for a January 11th service apt to have a clutch recall repair. When dropping the car off I was told it might take two days, only to find out it took over a week to get the car back. The frustrating part was not knowing the exact timeline to get my only vehicle back. I will say my advisor Joseph was extremely helpful and courteous and tried to get my Jeep in as soon as possible. He also knew that I've been waiting for the part to repair the Jeep for over a year which is a whole different level of frustration. I've been a loyal customer since I moved here in 2020, however, there's a high likely hood that I’ll be seeking my service appointments elseware.

Richard was and still is a gentleman, he greeted me even though I didn’t have an appointment and made sure that I was taken care of for my oil change and also advised me that there was a software recall and took care of that as well, he is truly an asset to Airpark Dodge, thank you again Richard.
