This is the second visit I’ve had where I have to ask for things several times otherwise they don’t get done. The first time, my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t filled and I didn’t receive a car wash. This second time the car wasn’t washed and ready when my wife went to pick it up, so she had to end up waiting a significant amount of time. If I didn’t have to come in next week for some parts that were on back order to be installed, then I’d probably consider going to another Jeep dealership for service moving forward. I just don’t feel confident that my needs and concerns will be met on a long term basis.
