Anthony was great, and walked me through the different options to address the issue. Your service departments understanding of working with outside warranty companies has been spectacular. I had a couple dealerships not accept the car for service.

I feel like your service department is understaffed and cannot keep up with the volume of cars that come through there. We’ve purchased about 12 vehicles from Airpark over the last 10 years. My entire family dreads having to take their vehicle into airpark Dodge to have service because it takes so long to get anything done. We actually laugh about how ridiculous it is to get work done here. I need to purchase a new work vehicle soon and for the first time I’m going to shop with a different dealership. I could write pages about this, but I think you get the point. Pay your service advisors and mechanics more.
Anthony always does a great job of addressing my concerns and I leave confident knowing my vehicle is in excellent operating condition.
