Communication was poor at best. I finally had to call the manager to get an update on my vehicle after 4 days of trying to contact the service representative.
Kyle is great, service was quick, Lyft pass and car wash really makes it a value going to the dealership for service.
Joe is a very good. Your internal employees are stretched since they are your service is weak at best.
