All good and on time thanks
I was taking the truck on a 10k mi summer road trip. I had to wait to get my oil changed since i had no ride. John recommended that i get there early morning so i can get it goin early. So that is what I scheduled. John reviewed my repair records and also advised that i needed fuel filters and rear end oil change. Brought truck in at 7:00 AM. John said it would be done 11-12 oclock. 10:30 ALL DONE. Happy camper except for the $1043 bill. Ughhh!
I called ahead to make an appointment for a safety recall I was told it would take one day to fix the car. She even looked up the recall to be sure she knew exactly what it was. when I arrived this morning. they told me they didn’t even know they could do the repair that they would call me in an hour or so to let me know and I was told they didn’t have the parts and that may have to do it tomorrow if the part arrives. or I could come pick up my truck. The whole thing was annoying and unnecessary waste of my time. I will never come back to airport Dodge again.
Kyle is the best service manager I’ve ever had and that means almost 50 years!!!
Phil was excellent, but prior to Phil helping me I was passed off to 3 different service people. Check in was not well organized. I had an appointment for 10am for an "express" oil change. I pulled into the express lane and then I was passed off 3 times. I was not provided with a service rep name since the appointment was for "express" service.
Again, once Phil took over, everything ran very smoothly.

Greyson was great. He really works with you to find the best solution to your issues. Great attitude great follow up now I do find your shop fee a bunch of BS ,that has nothing to do with Greyson . I imagine it irritates many people just build it into your price and not as a Gacha later add-on.

Anthony was courteous and took care of me immediately. He diagnosed the error code. Verified the MPP would cover the repair. Then immediately scheduled it for repair. 10/10 for his service. I felt important and not like just a customer.
Kyle was prompt and on task and made my service experience a snap.
Took my perfectly working vehicle in for DEF recall service and DEF system error on Dash. After Text Tool applied it came back that the vehicle needed a DEF system flush or cleaning. $2100. I agreed to service, and my truck was return to me with DEF error gone. Upon picking vehicle up i drove North to Flagstaff and halfway there the same DEF service error came back up on truck limiting me to 150 miles before limiting me to 5mph. So that left me without the ability to use my truck in Flagstaff during my vacation there. I had to uber my family around down since i still had to drive it back to phx in a could days. I dropped truck back off to Dodge 3 days later from original service, and again the tech too was applied and it same back THIS time with something new. It was told to me by Richard small, that “I had run my DEF empty and damaged my DEF pump assembly”. Richard did not simply state that the pump was bad, he placed personal blame on me. I explained to Richard that i utilize my DEF just like my gas. I run it u til it is low then i refill. It has never ran out of DEF or i would have been stranded. I asked how come the tech tool didn't pick up a bad pump 3 days ago, and it was told that i could have been using a low quality DEF fluid so the readings could be bad. The charge for a DEF pump assembly replacement was $2600. My brother is a mechanic for Dodge in Oregon. He showed me the part is $256 and would take about 2 hrs work for a reg mechanic. He states dodges price for part is $1000 w same 2 hour change. So very co fuses with either math. Where the $2600 comes from. It also stated i needed a new DEF tank w pump. This is again false, the tank can be dropped and pump replaced without tank replacement. Very shady work up, extremely disappointed long term customer. I have zero trust in your company now and my experience will he shared as often as i can to help others from those types of interactions.
Kyle made our trip to the dealership awesome. We have never had to do that before.

This was the second time Anthony Gatta has been my Service Advisor --- I asked for him after receiving outstanding service and advice when my truck needed maintenance earlier this year. Once again, Anthony did an outstanding job --- and I hope he's available the next time my truck needs service.
