Gary did a great job. I found an oddity in that the engine light at the vehicle start now flashes only for a split second after the warranty repair. I have not taken it back since I was without my Wrangler for 3 weeks last time and its not even at 3k miles. This is not Gary’s fault but makes me wonder why this is happening now and what will happen later on.

Upon first arrival I was told I was making demands by Anthony. I made an appointment for 8:30 am on Thursday. I arrived and was explaining that if the diagnosis and repair would take longer than a half day, I would need a rental/loaner. This is standard industry practice for dealership service deportments. Anthony immediately passed me to John when I questioned his availability of loaners and ability to contact enterprise rental. John was able to provide me a loaner and explained that the diagnosis was sure to take several days. This was so due to the extreme backlog of vehicles. A simple diagnosis, repair and oil service took 6 days to complete. This is not John’s fault. Clearly the department is overwhelmed. People cannot be without vehicles for days on end to accomplish an oil change. John was able to adequately meet our needs both with repair and loaner but 6 days is far too long for such a simple job. The expectation of a new and extended warranty is to not be nickel and dimed and to be taken care of as if the vehicle isn’t missing. If Airpark cannot meet this expectation in the future, I will unfortunately have to take our Pacifica to a dealership that can.
