Phil was great. No other service advisors were willing to help at all when Phil was not working which was terrible and delayed the outcome by several days. My only advice for Phil is to get a job at a better dealership where his colleagues will be helpful to Dodge customers when he is not there. Airpark Dodge was the 3rd shop that I took the truck to. I figured they would do the best job on the repair but their repair suggestion was way more
Extensive which caused the truck to need to be totaled which was a huge surprise. The idea still seams very excessive.

Anthony deserves a 10. Unsolicited, he called me to update status daily.
My Jeep overheated because the water inlet bolts loosened up. There is a TSB on it as it’s a known Issue. My Jeep is a 2020 with only 40k miles. When I dropped off it sounded like it might be covered but not sure. When called and fixed cost was going to be over $400. I asked for number to call Jeep myself and they instantly said it was covered under power rain warranty. I feel like maybe someone could have tried a little harder to get it covered before I had to call myself. So far repair seems good.
