Was told appointment would take 2-2 1/2 hours and It took 4 hours.
I was waiting but my husband finally had to come switch places and cars with me so I could go to work.
Also, car had alignment but the print out I got said everything was aligned except for the right wheel. Not sure why that wasn’t corrected.

I live in the city of West Covina and easily I Can go over to Longo Lexus, but I choose to go crown Lexus in Ontario because of the loyalty and respect that I received from your dealership service. The respect I get from crown Lexus IS greater than driving 6 miles to get treated like, I'm nobody. I rather drive 30 miles and get treated like a king. Then to be ignored. Very impressed with George Gonzalez. He got the job done in one day instead of the 2 I was quoted over the phone and he still provided me a loaner. He also got the job done for way less than I was quoted as there were some parts I didn’t end up needing and the bumper did not need to be painted.
