Hector was customer service driven, answered all of my questions. Made sure I was taken care of I almost lost my faith after Brian Stower left but Hector has restored it. He's a great addition, and I look forward to working with him.

The service is always wonderful but one minor problem has not been resolved.
There are times when I am unable to open my rear tailgate using the button on the dash. No one has told me if there is a good, fundamental reason for this limitation such as my car is in gear or the wrong door is open, etc. Nor has anyone been able to duplicate the issue at the shop.
I would like to have this connivence usable when needed.

Roberto is a pleasure to work with! He truly exemplifies service excellence. He came out from behind the desk to greet me as I got out of my vehicle and called me by my name. It was a nice personal touch and shows the extra steps he goes to deliver warm service. He even talked me into a full service rather just an oil change by explaining why I would benefit for each add-on. He did that without being pushy or treating me like he knew better than me.
