This was my first visit to JM Lexus for service on my newly acquired RX 350. Making an appt on line was easy and convenient with numerous open dates and times. Once I arrived, my car was brought into the service area in a timely manner. My service representative, Omar, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and informative. All of my issues were completed to my satisfaction. The guest lounge was comfortable, with TV, computer work stations and several beverage items. At 12:08 pm I received a text that my car was ready. I was in the middle of lunch; had it boxed up, and ran to the entrance where my ride dropped me. No one was there. I called—Daniel was at lunch. About 20 minutes later, I called again. I was waiting outside in hot humid weather. No ride. I called again. No ride showed. I called again. No ride. Then the ride showed. At the same time (an hour and a half after the 12:08 alert that the car was ready) I received a text from Daniel that the vehicle would be ready soon. Huh? Why was I notified at 12:08. The driver told me the car wasn’t ready yet, and I should wait in the lounge. Had I known this, I could have finished my lunch, and relaxed instead of rushing to the door and waiting 90 minutes until my ride showed. Daniel had no idea why I was notified. If someone responded to my numerous calls, none of this miscommunication would have occurred.

Had tires rotated on Wednesday, after making 3rd trip because Tire Inflation Warning light is still on - I’m told it’s going to cost $500 - two sensors are bad. They were not bad before Lexus rotated the tires. Service Manager doesn’t have the customer skills to speak with me.
Take responsibility Lexus! Sensors can be damaged, even when one is not removing tire from wheel - nice try.

Service member claimed they couldn’t start my car, jump started it for no reason, I had to come down to start the car, which did start, then I get quoted $800 for side mirror when that part costs $70 retail. Terrible experience.
