Really appreciated and enjoyed driving the new Lexus. Time is valuable and we were able to complete our errands which allowed us to go home after the appointment. Communication was amazing as well as the service. Overall pleasant experience.

On July 24 /2025 I took my car to do oil change and tire rotation at JM Lexus at Margate and thought the mechanics did their job ,but now I’m driving my car on July 27 and I just saw that it’s showing in the panel that I need the oil change soon and also they didn’t change the sticker on my car that’s supposed to show my next visit so now I’m not sure if they change the oil in the tire rotation. I’m kind of disappointed.
I really appreciate if someone contact me to resolve this issue .
