Had an appointment to check a slow leak in a tire purchased from the dealership. Arrived on time and car was promptly accepted. After an hour and forty-five minutes I was finally updated that the tire was being repaired. I wish I would have been advised earlier and how long it would take. I don’t mind having to have waited 2 hours but the communication should have been better. I still like having my car serviced here and this experience isn’t enough to move the needle negatively. Thanks.

The customer service didn’t quite meet my expectations. I had an appointment, but I ended up waiting in my car for over 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. Interestingly, four people who arrived after me were helped before I was. I'm not sure why that happened.

I was in 6/5 and 6/8/26 seeing Kay Andrade for Lexus Rx 350 checked, and I requested a video report of the before and after problem rack and pinion leaking, was diagnosed and repaired on 2/10/26. Kay told me she sent it to my phone by text, but I didn’t receive it. I called today 6/9/26 and left a couple messages for Kay asking Kay to send me the report. So far, I haven’t heard from her.
Please have a supervisor looking into this and send me a video & report for rack and pinion leaking- before and after repairs done.
