My consultant, MJ, was helpful; however, my visit took much too long for the minimal amount of work that was done. What was, primarily, a 10k mile service --originally estimated to be two hours -- turned out to be 3+ hours. And although I had requested for my vehicle to NOT be washed, it was.

I trust Lexus of Lincoln and Ali and the care they provide for my 2004 LS430 that’s why I Drive 60 plus miles to Lincoln instead of 12 miles to Lexus of Omaha I have owned a Lexus. 3 of them All purchased in Omaha but I fought with the Service Department in Omaha and received unsatisfactory service more than once against my own desires and spent thousands on my vehicles and they had to be corrected by me and well that’s why I shouldn’t have to be the one who explains Facts to the Newer people who stated My 2004 had lifetime transmission fluid and one Toyota Dealer who put in synthetic oil in my vehicle Which is not allowed by the manual and it pissed me off and I made them change it so I can only go to Lexus but in Omaha they lose the plot and had I not paid attention they would’ve harmed my transmission by denying service lifetime fluid is a crime for the price of vehicles etc and doesn’t apply to mine but they don’t care to understand
