Joel is always great as are the other service staff. My only complaint this last visit was my loaner had a ton of hair on the carpet of the passenger seat. I had never seen that before. I was surprised. Usually the loaners are clean. Thank you.

Communication was strikingly lacking during this entire episode of service. I dropped my car off at an 11 o’clock appointment for my 60K mile service. I was advised that this was a big appointment and would require several hours to complete and they recommended that I get a loaner car which I took. It seems that once I took the loaner car that I was moved to the back of the line. My car did not go into the shop until 3 PM and they were not able to complete the service on the same day. I called to check on the car, but I could not be given an update on when it would be done. The next morning, I still have not received an update at 10:30 AM so I called to sort out when my car would be complete as I had scheduled appointments that day and would not be available to pick up the car past 12:30 PM. I was told my car was nearly done, but they could not guarantee that it would be available at 12:30 PM. I was able to pick up my car at 12:45 however, I never received the inspection report. This is not the service that I expect from Lexus. It is also not the service I have received in the past from Lexus and I was fairly disappointed in this interaction. I relayed my frustration with Billy when I picked up the car and he apologized profusely. I hope that I do not receive similar frustrating. Service in the future.

Mark was very helpful from the start. The first time I came in for service, he came out right away, checked my car, and politely asked how he could help. He kept me updated and called me when my car was ready for pickup.
He also helped arrange a Lyft ride so I could get to work. When I got my car back, it was clean and ready to go.
I’m very satisfied with his service. He is punctual, professional, and truly cares about his customers. A+ experience.
