I was informed today that I should have gotten a discount for new tires since the original tires wore out prior to 30000 miles. This was not disclosed to me when the quoted tires on my previous visit. Also dissatisfied that I had to replace my battery and was not aware this would have been under warranty. Battery was not identified as an item to worry about on previous inspection. First time buying a Lexus andVery disappointing that both of these issues were found prior to car having less than 35000 miles.

No words can describe how **** I felt when I left your place and how I was lied to. I already knew what they told me. I was charged for being told what I already knew about the car. I was told that I could speak with the mechanic several times not one time was I able to speak to the man I feel very used and cheated. Very low class. All about selling the next step. The charges completely ridiculous and to tell me that I could speak to the mechanic and then bluntly lie to me and not let me speak with him was just really low class, and I was told by the young lady and the gentleman.i could speak with the mechanic. Didn’t expect such low class from a high class place. The charges for just checking things are ridiculous.
