Customer service at it’s finest. I was extremely satisfied with Hector when checking in my car for maintenance. A couple of obstacles popped up (which I was entirely at fault) and Hector, with the help of his manager, were understanding, kind, patient and extremely professional. Seriously, on a 1 to 10, they deserve a 15. Thank you!!!

What I was disappointed in is when we had purchased the car we purchased the extended service policy. We thought it covered way more than it did and then we were smacked with a $500 bill today . I kind of feel that we were due a full explanation with that policy covered But I saw the $500 bill ( for what filter?) it really
