I received what I found to be an excessive quote for the repairs. I got estimates elsewhere and they were both comparable, half the quote from Lexus . I elected not to have the repairs done at JM Lexus. Additionally one of the issues I had was a tire leak and when I got the vehicle back I was shocked to find they didn’t have the decency to at least fill up that tire. So when I got my car back I had to pull off in the parking lot and fill the tire with a pump I had in the car. I’ve been coming the JM Lexus for many years. I am not pleased.
