Jennifer was great. However whoever scheduled my appointment over the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive in how she spoke. She cut me off, spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner, didn’t put in the loaner request as asked, and even hung up on me. Considering how much we pay for service, your scheduling staff should be better trained.
