Jennifer was amazing and very informative about the work that was going to be done and her recommendations for other preventative services. She made the check in process smooth and painless. However, there was a huge disparity between the check in and pick up processes. My wife picked up our car and had some questions about the work that was done. Leticia Estrada was not helpful at all and seemed very disinterested in helping her. Her affect was so flat she came across as almost rude. Given the amazing customer service we have always received from Crown Lexus this experience with Leticia was very surprising and disappointing. Maybe she was having a bad day. My wife even asked her about it and Leticia paused and then responded “Not really”. She made no effort to find someone to answer her questions, instead just saying to go ask the person who first talked to her when she walked in.
