Place was unorganized with cars. I waited forever then my car didn’t even get washed. New facility was built but very unorganized. You check in then have to wait for another person to assign you a rental car. So waiting
in line while the service techs are just there doing nothing. When my car was finally pulled up unwashed. I count even leave due to to many cars parked in the area. Not close to seamless service
