The issue I brought my car in for is still not fixed. Apparently buying a used vehicle from your dealership is not a wise choice and I will make sure everybody knows this. I buy a car expecting Lexus quality. And I was sold a warranty that I was told was bumper to bumper and that would cover everything. Now I have a seat that I can’t turn right without it giving out and that’s not considered a covered issue?? Not to mention Dante doesn’t call when I’m told he will call. Roberto was great and did what he could. But something needs to be done, and I feel very taken advantage of.

Joseph Hernandez did a great job and his attention towards customers satisfaction was also to the point. Will prefer to go for the next service to him again. It will be nice if the company charges a bit and inside car cleaning is also done there. It’s more convenient for the customers.
