Ivan is always respectful and professional. When I expressed concern over my service he was helpful and offered to satisfy my service experience. He did help me understand and as usual a good experience at Fox.

Robert was amazing and took great care of us, his customer. However, what we don’t like is a 3% surcharge when we use our credit card. No one has ever charged us that at a dealership or store or restaurant. I think that’s a charge that you should be discontinuing. I believe, as you will know, you’re making plenty of money at the dealership for the work that you do to service the cars. Robert though was amazing, stellar, we will be going back.

Their communication is respectful and seriously valued my request when
I ask Mr Javier to check specific things in question about my Lexus. He and service staff attend to my request STAT and quickly report their findings.
