I initially spoke w/Erin (sp?) in service; he got me an appt immediately (same day). I was greeted by Erik when I arrived. He was polite & thorough and explained all my service options. I asked about new tires and a young man came in within 2 minutes to show me 3 brands of tires and prices.
Erik texted me about my battery needing to be replaced and quoted a price including a sale option. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with at Lexus of Glendale was efficient, nice, took care of my car quickly and now my 2019 rx450h is running like a brand new vehicle. Thanks!
