Big shout out to the very very nice female service rep who helped me when she didn’t need to. Today has been a bit emotional and for personal reasons. She was so sweet with all of this, as I was quite frankly, not present. I took her card, so I could write a letter on her behalf. I saw commercial real estate, so I am all about customer service. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and they did not have the oil filter in stock for my oil change causing a longer than expected wait. I arrived at 1:30 and got my car back at about 4:20 and I told them not to bother washing the car. I will say your waiting room is very comfortable.
