As part of my 10,000 mile free service, it was determined that I needed new tires ????. I agreed to the recommended tire replacement, balancing and four-wheel alignment for a total of $3200. I appreciate these tires wear out quickly, but was a bit disappointed that they only lasted 6500 miles.
I realized on my way home that the steering wheel is slightly off center when going in a straight line. I mentioned this to Leo my service advisor and he was happy to arrange an appointment to bring it back to correct this. It is not so annoying that I am willing to spend half a day up there to correct it. We can address it at the next service. I am interested in an appraisal for this very unique vehicle as I will be selling it mid next year. I am moving out of the country.

Jennifer was nice and professional. And, the mechanics did a great job as usual. The only issue I have is my service manual with the recommended factory services is much different than what Jennifer sees on her terminal. Also, she was not able to see my previous service history. For example she recommended changing out spark plugs on this service but I told her it was done about 10,000 miles ago. The same with a brake fluid flush and an engine air filter. Note I paid for the factory recommended services when I purchased this vehicle so it’s imperative that you keep your system up to date on my services. Thank you.
