I'm always treated with the highest level of respect, whenever I come to visit Ali, for work to be done on my vintage Lexus LS430.
It's not just her, it's the whole team working together. As a finely tuned concierge.
I have visited many service departments in my life. They all pale in comparison... when the Gold Standard is Lexus of Lincoln. who is always at the top of their game.
They even offer myself and those similarly situated a vehicle as a loner. Until you are contacted by the service department to pick up your personal vehicle.
