I had an interior detail as an add-on service and my leather seats lioked much worse after the service than before. The technician was really rough andvactually ripped a hole in my seat. When I complained, he said it was already ripped which was a lie. Also, the service advisor accused me of neglecting my inteeior and offered me a reduced rate service od repkacing my seats. I was extremely offended by the way he spoke to me and insulted by the offer to pay for more seats. After considerable push back he finally sent someone out to repair the rip in the seat. The entire experience was a negative one and I don't ever want to work with that advisor again.
