Scott Monge's service was exceptional! Katerina Brown acted like now that you had my money she couldn’t get me out fast enough. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Told me I should have negotiated the dent and paint chip repairs prior to signing the paperwork, as did the manager, Garrett. When I looked at the car the first time it was in the repair bay. I saw the car with SJ Singh. We test drove it together. He and the technician pointed out that it had numerous paint chips and a small door ding that they would fix. They were not done detailing the car and assured me that when I picked it up it would look like new. I picked up the car a week later and it still had the door ding and paint chips. I told Katerina I wanted that completed. She said it wasnt written in the contract and I should have negotiated it. I PAID FULL PRICE! I thought I could trust Lexus to follow up on their word. I was hurt and disappointed that these small promised repairs were not done. My friends urged me to return and ask again. I spoke to Garrett a week later and told him the scenario. He too kept asking WHO TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE REPAIRS???? I thought this odd. I bought my last Lexus from this dealer 15 years ago and still have it. I’d like to think their word is good. I’m almost 76 years old. I don’t buy cars frequently. But this experience disheartened me. I told Garret that SJ and the technician promised the work would be don. He scolded and said they should have never promised that. I asked if he would treat his mom or grandma this way in buying a car. He finally relented and told me Gail would call. She didn’t. I called her after a few days. She said a Service Manager would call me, Scott Monge was the first NICE person I dealt with. He told me the rear bumper needed a repaint to get rid of the chips. He checked and said there was enough profit in the sale and was given the okay on these minor repairs. It took another 4 days to complete what was originally promised. Now the car is beautiful. Thanks to Scott going to bat for me!
