The service advisor Carlos was good. My overall experience with a recent used car purchase was below the level of customer service that one would expect from a dealership. In particular my interaction with Patrick Lustig Jr. (Used Vehicle Director) was both unprofessional and surprising. Unfortunately, it was very evident to me that his philosophy of long term relationships and customer service are not as important as short term gain.
