To be quite honest, my experience didn’t start off great. For the three years I’ve had my Lexus, I’ve exclusively had it serviced at Metro. I’ve never had a problem. I’ve always received top customer care.
This time, I was never talked to about the need for my vehicle to be there over multiple days, which ended being the case.
Cordis recognized my frustration and, being a business owner myself, I can say I feel he did all he could to ensure a turn around in my experience. Even though I wasn’t prepared to be away from my car for nearly 5 days, he quickly scrambled to provide a loaner even though it was precisely told there weren’t any available.
Cordis is an asset to the service department team.

A O K - Davin took good care of us as he has in the past. We appreciate having the use of a loan car. One of your valet, I believe his name is Sal, was very helpful when we asked if some one could pair my wife's cell phone with our car.
