Hassan was excellent. Made the process of leaving my car for service smooth and easy. It's never convenient to have your car serviced, but Hassan had me in a loaner car within. 10 minutes and the process to pick up my car the next day was equally as efficient. Thank you!

Too long to get loaner car at rental facility. Any time I get a loaner car the car is always ready in the middle of rush hour traffic. I have to drive in Ohio crazy traffic at a time I would prefer not too.
