She did not push for unneeded optional services. She was friendly and checked to see when the car would be ready when I asked her.

I waited over 2 1/2 hours for and oil change and tire balance/ rotation . I went downstairs and found my car parked and ready without a phone call. I found my service writer so I could pay and leave. Usually I pay when the car is being washed and then wait a few minutes to get my car to come out. It seem more efficient that way . Other than that my experience was very good . Everyone is friendly and professional. The waiting lounge upstairs is very clean and comfortable.
