Omar Maeda was very professional and correct, I was disappointed when I brought the issue to him and I just got a stare at. He was with a client at the moment but he could have pause for a second and address the concern or give me a follow up call. It wasn’t done. Is not just a car wash, is the principal and the repetition of the issue. I’ve been alway happy with the JM Lexus service.
